We’re thrilled to welcome Jason Carter and Eve Pateman to our team management team and look forward to working with them on our future journey of growth goals. Their arrival comes at an exciting time for the business as we move to new ownership under Capricorn Capital Partners (Capricorn) and the Shackleton Group (Shackleton), with both Jason and Eve playing pivotal roles in refreshing our service, offering innovative approaches, whilst ensuring seamless continuity for our clients and partners.

Jason Carter, who has joined as our new Business Development Director, is already working to refine our pre-sales process, enhance our reputation in industry, and build strong relationships with clients. His previous experience in enforcement (Rundles/CCS as Managing Director and Marston as Business Development Director) gives him excellent industry knowledge, enabling us to implement new strategies to develop our market position. Jason’s hands-on approach with Marketing, Client, and Bid teams is already making a huge impact. His experience advising and navigating businesses through times of transition ensures we can grow carefully yet positively into our new post-sale identity. Colleagues have observed Jason’s keen attention to detail and finessed approach to quality output, together with his creative zeal.

Our new Head of Client Services, Eve Pateman, also has vast experience within the industry, having worked for NSL (part of the Marston Holdings Group) and JBW. Her experience within Senior Client Services roles has equipped her with awareness and tact, allowing us to work successfully with existing clients and build relationships with new ones. With excellent networking skills, high level contractual oversight and accountability, Eve brings her refreshing and grounded approach to Client Services as a natural problem solver. Eve has hit the ground running, swiftly building her internal network, spearheading client services through a time of change.
