Writ Of Control
This is issued for the recovery of money and provides for the seizure and sale of the judgment debtors goods in the event of non-payment.
Writ Of Possession
This is used for the recovery of land after an order for possession has been obtained and in the eviction of trespassers or squatters.
Writ Of Possession & Writ Of Control
Used in cases where a claimant requires both the removal of trespassers (persons and/or animals) brackets from their property and/or land along with the recovery of money.
Writ Of Delivery
This is issued for the recovery of a specific asset and may be combined with a money judgment to provide for either payment or return of supplied goods.
Commercial Rent Arrears Recoveries – Writ Of Control
Where the award remains unpaid, we can transfer the award to the High Court for enforcement.
Employment Tribunal Award or ACAS Settlement
This is used for the recovery if the award has not been paid to obtain a writ of control.
