Our commercial rent arrears recovery (CRAR) process has been designed to ensure our clients position is secured as quickly as possible and allows commercial landlords to instruct certificated enforcement agents to act on their behalf in the pursuance of unpaid rent, without the need for Court action.
Once instructed, we will issue the statutory notice of enforcement and if the debt remains unpaid after seven clear days, we will send in our highly trained certificated enforcement agents to take control of goods.
