As a leading provider of debt management services to the public and private sector, we’re always looking for talented individuals to strengthen our regional teams of enforcement agents. While we are keen to hear from certificated enforcement agents and would prefer to recruit individuals with relevant experience, we also encourage applications from people who are keen to join the sector and we will provide full training to all new recruits. Ross & Roberts believes in the continuous development of its people and will ensure that everyone is fully equipped with the skills their role requires.

We offer an impressive remuneration package which includes a generous basic salary of £27,600 with an additional performance bonus, healthcare, pension, mobile phone allowance and company vehicle. All field agents will be provided with the necessary equipment including tablets and video badges.
