As a Ross & Roberts client, you’ll have access to our secure Client-Web system via individual user logins for maximum data security. You will be able to view every aspect of your account, including payments, fees, enforcement agent notes and other documents on demand.
From the start, your client services manager will work with you to ensure that we set up your contract according to your detailed specifications including setting up IT systems.
Our platform has been augmented by a significant investment in smart multichannel communications using the AVAYA Proactive Outreach Manager (POM) system which brings together predictive, progressive and preview dialling incorporating automated notifications and alerts. Our communications approach enables us to analyse customer preferences through machine learning and AI, enabling customers to engage with us more easily.
You can expect to receive bespoke reports on a monthly basis with access to the web-based Tableau dashboard for real-time updates. Tableau is linked to our Civica-OneStep system so you can see progress at a glance.
You can also view information coming in from our enforcement agents in real time. Every Ross & Roberts enforcement agent carries a tablet, which they use to plan fuel-efficient routes and to check individual customer details, taking digital signatures as required. They also use video badges which allow them to capture hands-free video footage.
For their safety, and to ensure efficiency, all our enforcement agents carry tracking devices so that we can monitor their whereabouts in the field.
